Rockford Siding and Windows LLC is looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help homeowners with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters—both storm damage restoration and retail sales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (NO PRODUCTION—JUST SELLING)

✅ Focus on Sales: No running materials or handling production—our office and production teams handle the rest.
✅ Earn Weekly: Get paid every Friday via direct deposit—no waiting for commissions.
✅ Comprehensive Training: We set you up for success with in-depth training on our products and sales process.
✅ Canvass & Network: Engage homeowners for retail and storm-damaged areas.
✅ Damage Inspections: Assess properties and report findings to homeowners.

✅ Close Deals: Convert approved projects into the production department.
